Refund policy

All purchases made during our Black Friday Event are final sale and not eligible for return.

For regular orders, we accept returns on new, unopened items purchased directly from breezepolish.com. All refunds are issued as a Breeze Polish gift card.

Please note the following return guidelines:

• Customer is responsible for shipment
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  
• All electronics are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  
• We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order for the desired product.
