Shipping & Processing Times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days. International deliveries typically take 7–21 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships — this applies even when selecting express methods like FedEx 2-Day. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is fulfilled, Breeze Polish is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Backordered Items

If your order includes a backordered product, your full order will be held until the item is back in stock. This helps us reduce unnecessary packaging and shipments.

Shipping Delays

If you experience a delivery delay, contact the carrier directly for updates: FedEx Service Alerts, USPS Service Alerts, or UPS Service Alerts.

International Orders & Customs

International shipping typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on your location and carrier. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS shipments are handed off to your local postal service upon arrival — use your tracking number to follow updates on their website.

Returns & Refunds

To return a product purchased from breezepolish.com, please review our Return Policy and submit a return request using our online form. All refunds are issued as a Breeze Polish gift card. Return shipping fees vary based on package weight. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, fill out our Order Issue Form within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please have the following ready: photos of the item(s) in original packaging, images of the shipping box or envelope, and your packing slip. Return shipping may be required for damaged or incorrect items.

Lost Packages

If you suspect your package is lost, complete our Lost Package Report Form and we'll work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
